Refunds/Returns
Enjoy a simple and worry-free 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery—no hassle, no confusion. We offer exchanges only (no refunds) for all our products, including men’s and kids’ sneakers, clothing, and accessories.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging (including shoe boxes where applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, please contact us at contact@sneaker504.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible.
Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including worn sneakers, washed clothing, used accessories, personalized/custom items, and items without original packaging or tags. For hygiene reasons, some accessories may also be non-exchangeable. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value or store credit.
